Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at PIYAS operated by Prajna Institute of Yoga & Allied Sciences.

If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.

The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions.

The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
  • Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Prajna Institute of Yoga & Allied Sciences, #27/1, 5th Main Road, Chamrajpet, Bengaluru – 560018.
  • Service refers to the Website.
  • Website refers to PIYAS, accessible from https://piyas.org
  • Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
  • Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 1 day(s) without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for cancelling an Order is 1 day(s) from the date on which You received the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The Goods were purchased in the last 7 days
  • The Goods are in the original packaging

The following Goods cannot be returned:

  • Priced less than ₹1000/-
  • The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
  • The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
  • The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion. For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service number.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should send the Goods at the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

Gifts

If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, You'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You.

If the Goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.

Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. The refund will only be in the form of store credits for your next purchase. Please allow at least fifteen (15) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Booking & Cancellation Policy for IP

Minimum period of stay recommended – 5 days.

Overall stay period can be decided in consultation with the doctor based on the disease/condition which could range from 7 days – 30 days.

Advance bookings are encouraged to ensure availability of accommodation which cannot be guaranteed on spot bookings. But earlier the better. Minimum 3 days amount has to be paid in advance for confirmed bookings and the balance to be paid at the time of admission.

Cancellation – Minimum 3 days amount will be deducted in case of cancellations. In the event of a request for premature discharge, charges will be levied for actual period of stay plus three days, or the remaining days of the booked period, whichever is less.

You should carry your original & valid ID proof which will be required at the time of admission. This is a must.

To derive lasting benefits from naturopathy, patients must stay for the entire period as prescribed by our doctors. Requests on the day of admission for reduction of the period of treatment and subsequently for premature discharge will not be entertained. The minimum period of stay/ treatment is 5 days, provided the patient does not suffer from any acute or chronic disease.

Right of admission is reserved and not transferable.

Accommodation charges for the entire period of treatment and approximate charges for the special treatments are payable in advance at the time of admission. Rates prevailing during the time of stay will be charged. Payment can be made through Master/Visa card without any bank charges. However for using Amex card, an additional 3% will be levied as bank charges. Accommodation charges will be payable from the date of confirmed reservation or the date of admission, whichever is earlier.

Consumption and/or possession of addictive items and outside food will be view as serious breach of the Institute's discipline and will lead to compulsory discharge of the patient on disciplinary grounds with 3 days accommodation charges forfeited. Like any other hospital, this institute does not permit patients to go out during their admission period, except in case of emergency and with prior approval.

Deluxe Room Charges/day/person on twin sharing basis: Rs. 5000/- (Package includes Bed charges - Rs. 2500/- per day/person , Yoga sessions & Naturopathy treatments - Rs. 2000 per day / person, Prescribed Diet - Rs. 500/- per day / person).

Package excludes - registration, consultation, Special therapies and services like Acupuncture, Spa, Physiotherapy, Colon Hydrotherapy, consumables from store, Laboratory and Diagnostic services which will be charged extra as per actuals. QRM & IM consultation if required.
